Scope

E-commerce Site complete redesign with a mobile-first mindset.

Provide feedback, and work with the Brand team and external agency to build the brand book

Mentor junior designers and create design guidelines and design principles.

Work cross-team with Creative, Brand, Development, Content, Senior Leadership Team

Set up prototyping tools, recruit user researchers, analyze data, make prototypes, and run qualitative/quantitative tests

Introduce the design process with customer first approach

Execute wireframes, visual designs, illustrations, iconography, and pattern library.

Set vision and create product requirements for cross-functional teams

The problems

Bulletproof was founded by Dave Asprey, a prominent figure in the bio-hacking community. Despite Asprey's influence, the Bulletproof website faced challenges in establishing brand credibility. Users encountered broken user flows and a lack of trust, resulting in confusion and hindering their ability to complete purchases comfortably.

The solution

Redesigning the e-brand and e-commerce experiences involves devising a mobile-first approach to enhance simplicity and improve customer acquisition rates.

Impact

Established mobile-first design and a design process that put customers at the center, we managed to increase more than 30% in conversion rate.
